We’ve loaded our signature fresh pastry with succulent diced chicken, a deeply aromatic tomato curry sauce, and a fiery blend of authentic Kashmiri and Scotch Bonnet chillies. Encased in a perfectly crisp shortcrust base and topped with a flaky puff pastry lid, this is a gourmet, pie-shop twist on a British takeaway favorite. Cooking Tips
For a perfectly golden, crispy pastry and a piping hot filling, cook from chilled:
In the Oven: Preheat your oven. Remove all packaging, place the pie on a baking tray, and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (170°C for Fan ovens / Gas Mark 4).
In the Air Fryer: For an extra-crispy crust, air fry for 25 minutes at 170°C.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze within the use-by date and consume within 180 days. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before following the cooking instructions. Once defrosted, use within the same day—do not refreeze.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
