Description
Our guest Pie of the Month for March is Steak & Guinness.
Our Steak and Guinness Pie is baked in-house by our chefs and is made from only the finest grass-fed beef.
Beef steak is slow-cooked until tender in a rich guinness-infused gravy.
The filling is then encased in a shortcrust pastry base and topped with buttery puff pastry, all homemade in-house. We make all of our pastry in-house, where it is rolled and rested with five book folds for that ultimate crispy top!
Hearty & boozy, it's rich, indulgent, and everything you want in a pie. Serve with buttery mash and extra gravy.
Cooking Tips
Place in an oven warmed to 180C and heat for 25-30 mins. Serve when piping hot.

We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
