Description
Our Family Venison Pie is baked in-house by our chefs and is made from only the finest ingredients selected by our master butchers.
Venison is slow-cooked and mixed mixed with our rich and flavoursome gravy and bacon for a rich and indulgent winter pie perfect for the festive season.
The filling is then encased in a shortcrust pastry base and topped with buttery puff pastry, all homemade in-house. We make all of our pastry in-house, where it is rolled and rested with five book folds for that ultimate crispy top!
We like ours with potato gratin and greens and extra gravy! The perfect meal for the festive season.
Cooking Tips
How to cook Family Venison Pie:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180c.
2. Place the pie on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 30 minutes, or until it is warmed through.
