These chicken skewers are made with premium british chicken, peppers and onions, all marinated in a flavour-packed black garlic marinade. The mix of black pepper, garlic, lovage, fenugreek, turmeric, chillies, and fennel brings together a great balance of spices with a bit of heat. The black garlic adds a subtle sweetness, while the rest of the spices give the chicken and veg an earthy, slightly spicy kick.
The marinade is oil-based, using rapeseed oil, so it helps keep the chicken juicy and tender while cooking, whether you’re grilling, barbecuing, or pan-frying. The oil also gives it that perfect caramelised finish.
