Description
Our spatchcock chicken is expertly prepared in-house by our skilled butchers and marinated in a fragrant garden herb blend for maximum flavour.
By removing the backbone and flattening the bird, we ensure even cooking and a beautifully crisp skin every time – whether you're roasting, grilling, or barbecuing.
Available in both full and half sizes, it's ready to cook straight from the pack, with no fuss and all the flavour.
Ideal for barbecues, Sunday roasts, or easy midweek dinners, our garden herb spatchcock chicken brings convenience and quality to your table.
We use only high-quality British, Red Tractor approved chicken, ensuring every bird meets trusted standards for animal welfare, food safety, and traceability.

Provenance
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
