Cooking Tips

Oven Cook: Bake at 190°C / 170°C fan / gas mark 5 for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Air Fry: Cook at 180°C for 14–16 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
BBQ Cooking: Cook over a medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly for a beautifully charred finish.
