We select succulent, high-grade British chicken breast and thread it alongside premium, intensely savory continental chorizo sausage and chunky pieces of crisp green bell pepper. The entire skewer is then generously glazed in our house spicy garlic marinade, infused with warming spices and aromatic garden herbs including celery leaves. As it cooks, the natural oils and vibrant paprika from the chorizo melt into the tender chicken breast, infusing it with deep, smoky richness. Prepared to our historic High Street standards, these gourmet skewers offer an effortless shortcut to a restaurant-quality meal, whether cooked in the oven or sizzled over hot charcoal.
Cooking Tips
Oven Cook: Place in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
BBQ / Grill: Cook over a medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure a beautifully smoky, charred finish.
Keep refrigerated. Remove all packaging. Cook thoroughly before consumption. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked, piping hot throughout, and all juices run completely clear before serving.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
