Our classic beef wellington is made with a beautiful centre cut of British beef fillet, surrounded by pâté, mushrooms and our homemade puff pastry to create a showstopping centrepiece.

Cooking Tips

Allow the wellington to get to room temperature before cooking. Cover with an egg wash glaze (or glazing of your choice).

Individual Beef Wellington will take 25 mins at 180c.

Once cooked, allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before carving.
