For dessert, our homemade cherry pie delivers sweet, tangy fruit wrapped in buttery pastry — the perfect festive finish served with generous custard.

Cooking Tips
MAIN COURSE (Beef Wellington, Potato Gratin & Green Beans):
- Remove beef wellington from packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan)/Gas Mark 6
- Place beef wellington on a baking tray and brush with egg wash if desired for extra golden colour
- Cook beef wellington for 35-40 minutes for medium-rare, or 45-50 minutes for medium
- After the wellington has been cooking for 15-20 minutes, place the potato gratin in the oven alongside the wellington
- Cook potato gratin for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling
- While the wellington is resting, bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add green beans and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and toss with butter if desired
- Slice your wellington and serve with potato gratin and green beans
DESSERT (Cherry Pie & Custard):
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/Gas Mark 4
- Remove cherry pie from packaging and place on a baking tray
- Cook for 25 minutes until golden and heated through
- While pie is warming, heat custard gently in a pan, stirring occasionally
- Serve warm pie with custard
