The selection is masterfully blanketed in a Spanish-style chorizo sauce infused with sweet cane sugar, rich tomato powder, smoked paprika, and a touch of brandy vinegar. Garnished with a flourish of fresh flat-leaf parsley, it goes from fridge to oven in an instant. As it heats, the vibrant paprika oils from the chorizo melt into the halloumi, softening it into a rich, deeply comforting savory delight. A truly magnificent sharing dish that is perfect for weekend entertaining or an upscale tapas night at home.
Cooking Tips
Oven Cook: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes, turning the ingredients halfway through cooking to ensure a beautifully golden, caramelised finish.
Keep refrigerated. Remove all outer plastic film packaging. Ensure the halloumi is completely softened and the smoky chorizo is piping hot throughout before serving.

We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.
Provenance
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
