The entire selection is generously tossed in an exotic, oil-based marinade infused with aromatic Eastern spices including coriander, lemongrass, cumin, ginger, and turmeric, enhanced by a touch of lemon juice and wholesome quinoa. To finish, it is garnished with a scattering of freshly sliced red chilli and vibrant flat-leaf parsley. As it bakes in your oven, the paneer achieves a gorgeous golden edges while the baby potatoes roast to a tender, perfect finish. Cooking Tips
Oven Cook: Bake in a preheated oven at Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 25 minutes, turning the ingredients halfway through cooking to ensure a uniform, golden roast.
Keep refrigerated. Remove all outer plastic packaging. Cook thoroughly before consumption. Ensure the paneer is piping hot throughout and the half new potatoes are tender and golden before serving.

We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
