This Béarnaise sauce is a tangy sauce with a strong flavour of tarragon. Based on real gallic flavours with a garnish of shallots, parsley, white muntok pepper, tarragon and chervil. Deliciously rich sauce suitable for a range of meat and fish dishes, though it is most famous as a sauce for steak.
