We take succulent, Red Tractor-approved British chicken thighs and infuse them with a premium, oil-based Thai marinade featuring warm notes of ginger, galangal-style herbs, turmeric, cumin, and fenugreek. This aromatic spice blend is beautifully softened by the rich creaminess of authentic coconut milk powder and brightened with a clean, refreshing lift of real lemongrass. To finish, the thighs are garnished with fresh garden parsley, crisp spring onions, and vibrant sliced red chilli for a gentle kick. A magnificent, oven-ready dish that perfectly combines honest British butchery with bold, contemporary global flavors.
Cooking Tips
Oven Cook: Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5 for 35–40 minutes until the chicken skin is beautifully golden and the meat is tender.
Storage & Safety: Keep refrigerated. Remove all outer packaging. Cook thoroughly before consumption. Ensure the chicken is piping hot throughout and the juices run completely clear before serving.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
