Description
Take your midweek dinner to the next level with our Tuscan Chicken Melt. We’ve selected juicy chicken thighs for this dish, prized for their deep flavour and tenderness, and paired them with our rich, house-made Tuscan sauce. Crafted with real cream, cream cheese, and a fragrant blend of basil and oregano, the sauce provides a velvety base that perfectly complements the meat.
To create the ultimate “melt,” each portion is layered with fresh tomatoes and topped with a blend of cheese that bubbles beautifully in the oven. Finished with fresh spring onions and our signature Mediterranean spice mix, this dish offers a vibrant, cheesy, and deeply satisfying taste of Italy, prepared right here in our Knowle butchery.
Cooking Tips
Preheat Oven: 180°C (Fan) / 200°C (Conventional).
Cook: Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 30–35 minutes.
Check: Ensure the chicken is piping hot and the cheese is golden and bubbling before serving.

We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.
Provenance
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
