Cooking Tips
For a piping hot, perfectly cooked curry, prepare from chilled:
In the Oven: Preheat your oven. Remove all packaging, place the meal container on a baking tray, and heat for 25 minutes at 180°C (170°C for Fan ovens / Gas Mark 4).
Alternative Heating: Ensure the product is thoroughly heated through and piping hot throughout before serving.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze within the use-by date and consume within 180 days. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before following the heating instructions. Once defrosted, use within the same day—do not refreeze.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
