Clean, healthy and fun meal! Guacamole, Salsa and Chicken stir fry.

A simple yet super flavoursome dish. Who doesn't like fajitas?

Great fun to cook and prep alone or with others.

Feel free to add different ingredients along the way. Some people may prefer chillies in the guacamole.

 8 White wraps
Chicken stir fry
 4 Chicken breasts
 1 Yellow Pepper
 1 Red Pepper
 1 Green Pepper
 1 White Onion
 1 Red Onion
 2 tbsp Stokes Ketchup
 2 tbsp Stokes BBQ
 2 tbsp Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce
 1 Old El Paso Smoked Barbeque Fajita Spice Mix
Salsa
 4 Tomatoes
 1 Handful of Fresh Coriander
 0.50 Red Onion
 0.50 Lime
Guacamole
 2 Avocados
 1 Garlic Clove
Extra ingredients you may like to add
 Chillies
 Grated Cheese
Chicken stir fry

Cut Chicken into thin strips.

Mix Stokes Ketchup, Stokes BBQ, Sweet and sour stir fry sauce & Old El Paso Smoked Barbeque Fajita Spice Mix together and add Chicken

Cut Peppers and Onions into thin strips and add to marinated chicken.

Salsa

Finely dice tomatoes and red onion.

Chop coriander very finely including the stalks.

Mix together and squeeze in half a lime

Guacamole

Take the flesh out of the avocado

Finely dice 1 Garlic clove and mix with salt to create a paste (Watch video)

Cooking

Add stir fry mix into a hot non stick pan. (no oil needed)

Roughly 6 - 10 minutes cooking time.

Warm wraps slightly in the oven.

To Finish

Add your stir fry chicken, guacamole and salsa into the wrap.

Maybe grate some cheese for a little bit of extra flavour?
