500g lamb mince

2 tbsp of fresh parsley leaves

2 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves

2 tbsp of red chilli chopped or chilli flakes

1 red onion finely chopped

1 tbsp of celery salt

1 tbsp of paprika

2 cloves of garlic minced

A dash of salt and black pepper

4 flatbreads

Method
Heat oven to 180 degrees and line a tray with parchment paper
Mix lamb mince with herbs, chilli, onion, garlic, celery salt, regular salt and black pepper.
Press the mince mix onto the tray into a flat rectangle and score into strips, then lightly score across each column to get light ridges.
Bake the mince mix for 25 minutes or until cooked.
Heat up flatbreads and then assemble the kebabs by laying out a column or 2 of lamb mince mix and adding tzaziki and salad.
