Our turkey Balti sausage has been a staple of Eric Lyons' sausage offering for many years. A special spiced sausage recipe that has been passed down over generations culminating in a delicious curried turkey sausage with rich flavour and mild heat. Turkey sausages are a great alternative to our pork sausages.

Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
