Here's our cooking tips for the Perfect Valentine’s Meal!
Tomato & Basil Soup
Simply warm through and enjoy!
Steak Perfection
Fillet Steak – Best cooked medium-rare for tenderness.
Ribeye Steak – Cook to medium to allow the marbling to render and enhance the flavor.
Method – Allow steaks to reach room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Heat a pan until smoking hot, season well, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side (adjust for doneness). Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Crispy Air-Fried Chips
Peel and cut Albert Bartlett potatoes into thick chips.
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.
Toss chips in 1 tablespoon of oil and season with salt and pepper.
Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Increase the temperature to 200°C and cook for a further 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Mushrooms & Onions
Sauté in butter until golden and caramelized for a rich, flavorful side.
Cherry Tomatoes
Roast in the oven for 10 minutes with olive oil and herbs for a burst of sweetness.
Dessert
Gently warm the chocolate pudding and serve with Kerrymade Custard for a luxurious finish.

Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
