Spaghetti Bolognese

 700 g Beef mince
 400 g Spaghetti
 1 Red Chilli
 2 Brown Onions
 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
 1 tsp Oregano
 4 Handfuls of Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar mix
 1 Sprinkle of Parmesan
 2 Garlic cloves
 8 Mushrooms
 10 Cherry tomatoes
 1 Tin of chopped tomatoes
 2 tbsp Tomato paste
 1 1/4 Bottle of Fruity Red Wine
Preparation

Finely dice chilli, onion, garlic

Slice cherry tomatoes in half, Slice mushrooms

Cooking

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, Heat a large Frying pan for sauce

Fry onions until soft and slightly brown

Add minced beef and mix with onions (cook until dry)

Pour 1/4 of red wine into sauce

About now add your pasta to simmering water. Cook for roughly 7/8 minutes. Watch video for top tip.

Cook until dry

Add mushrooms, garlic and chilli

Mix together sauce

Add final ingredients

Portion Spaghetti

Pour over bolognaise sauce

Add plenty of cheese and melt under the grill for a minute or so
