We follow the butcher’s market trends all year round and get to know the best meat and produce there is, sourcing locally to our stores wherever possible. With more than 120 years of butchery expertise under our belt, we pride ourselves on traditional values but with a modern approach to food and hygiene. Our flagship food hall is located in Knowle, just three miles from the town of Solihull, West Midlands, alongside our neighbouring village shops in Bentley Heath and Balsall Common. We have also expanded further afield with our newest shop in Codsall. From our dedicated production facility in Redditch, we prepare and sustainably package our quality produce for delivery across the UK.
