Spice up your summer BBQ with these Mediterranean-style sausage skewers.

Smoky chunks of vegetables serve as the perfect pairing to our signature cocktail sausages.

 250 g 250g cocktail sausages
 1 Yellow pepper, cut into cubes
 2 Courgettes, cut into cubes
 2 Red onions, peeled and each cut into 6 wedges
 4 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
 1 tbsp Sesame oil
 1 tbsp Lime juice
 Kebab skewers

Chop the onions, peppers and courgettes into chunks and then skewer these ingredients together with the cocktail sausages in an alternating order.

In a bowl, mix the sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil and lime juice.

Coat the skewers in the marinade and then transfer the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours, though preferably overnight. Remember to leave some sauce for the final step!

Cook the skewers on a preheated BBQ for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through.

Serve the skewers with an additional drizzle of the sweet chilli marinade.
