Cooking Tips
Bring steak to room temperature. Lightly oil and season before cooking.
Sear on each side in a hot pan and cook to personal preference.
We recommend cooking our steaks medium rare to render the fat and create that distinctive flavour. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes after cooking and enjoy!
