Our bacon and gammon are our only meat products sourced from outside the UK. The meat comes from Denmark’s finest farms through a supplier with a proven track record of delivering both quality and consistency. It’s later cured in the UK and expertly prepared by master butchers to form the delicious gammon steaks, gammon joints and streaky bacon that are enjoyed by our customers.
All our sausage products, including our thin sausages, cocktail sausages and pigs in blankets, are sourced locally and prepared in-store using the perfect blend of British pork, herbs and spices. Perfect for breakfasts and BBQs, our sausages are made using premium cuts of pork and industry-leading butchery techniques.
