Description
Our Pork & Apple Burgers are prepared by our skilled butchers using select cuts of quality pork, gently mixed with flakes of apple and traditional seasoning. This classic combination brings together the natural sweetness of fruit with the depth of flavour from premium pork, creating a wholesome burger that’s full of character. Made fresh in our Knowle store, they’re ideal for family meals or special occasions.
For an extra boost of sweetness, try topping me with apple sauce!
Cooking Tips
Take the burger out of the fridge 20 mins before cooking to allow it to come up to room temperature. We recommend cooking on the BBQ! Fry over a medium-high heat, 3–4 mins per side, flipping once. Finally and most importantly, let it rest for 2 mins before serving to keep it juicy!
Top tip - try not to press down on the burger when cooking! This releases the fat and juices, which can make the patty drier and less flavorful.

Delivery Service
We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.
Provenance
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
