Description
Our Turkey and Ham Pie is lovingly handmade by our chefs using only the best ingredients. The filling is packed with chunky, tender pieces of turkey thigh which are steamed overnight in our specially developed sauce made from a family recipe that has been perfected over several years. We then add thick-cooked ham pieces and the filling is added to a shortcrust pastry base and topped with buttery puff pastry, all homemade in-house. We make all of our pastry in-house, where it is rolled and rested with five book folds for that ultimate crispy top! We like to serve ours with chunky chips and peas for the ultimate mid-week dinner.
Cooking Tips
How to cook turkey and ham pie: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180c. 2. Place on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 35 minutes, or until warmed through.

Delivery Service
We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.
Provenance
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
