Our turkey and ham pie is lovingly handmade by our chefs using only the best ingredients. The base is made by our in-house bakery using a shortcrust base that is pressed into the pie dish straight from the mixing bowl.
The filling is packed with chunky, tender pieces of turkey thigh which are steamed overnight in our specially developed sauce made from a family recipe that has been perfected over several years. We add the thick cooked ham pieces last minute and then top the pie with our delicious puff pastry that has been rolled and rested with five book folds for the perfect crispy topping.
How to cook turkey and ham pie:
1. Pre-heat oven to 160c.
2. Place on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 35 minutes, or until warmed through.
