Description
Our chicken pie recipe has been developed by the Lyons family over many years. We use only the best chicken thighs, which are steamed overnight in our own sauce that's bursting with flavour.
The chicken pie filling is added to a shortcrust pastry base and topped with buttery puff pastry, all made by us in-house. This chicken pie is the perfect centre piece for a midweek meal, best served with potatoes (we love chips or mash!), greens and plenty of gravy.
Cooking Tips
How to cook the individual chicken pie:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 160c.
2. Pop on a baking tray and warm through in the oven for 25 minutes.
