Description
Our classic beef wellington is made with a beautiful centre cut of British beef fillet, surrounded by pâté, mushrooms and our homemade puff pastry to create a showstopping centrepiece. All of our best graded British beef featured in our wellington recipes is delivered weekly. We only take the prime cuts from the very best quality beef so you can guarantee consistently high quality in every order.
Cooking Tips
Allow the wellington to get to room temperature before cooking. Cover with an egg wash glaze (or glazing of your choice). Place the Large Wellington on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 185c for 35-40 minutes. Once cooked, allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before carving.

Delivery Service
We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
