Our very own lamb & mint burgers, made that extra bit better with a sweet & sticky BBQ sauce from Stokes Sauces.

Method

Cook the burgers on a preheated BBQ for around 6 minutes, flipping the patties halfway. Alternatively, cook the burgers on a griddle pan over a medium heat for around 5 minutes on each side. Lamb is best served medium rare at around 55°C — you can check the temperature using one of our MEATER+ thermometers.

Lightly toast the burger baps.

Place a layer of lettuce on the bottom half of each burger bap, followed by the burgers, onions and tomatoes. Squeeze a generous serving of sticky BBQ sauce on top to finish.

 6 Lamb and mint burgers
 6 Burger baps
 1 Bottle of sticky BBQ sauce
 1 Sliced onion
 1 Tomato
 Lettuce
 1 MEATER+ wireless temperature probe
