Our rib-eyes are sourced from local herds and we ensure each steak will be perfect for an evening meal or date night.
Bring steak to room temperature. Lightly oil and season before cooking.
Sear on each side in a hot pan and cook to personal preference.
We recommend cooking a Rib-eye steak medium rare to render the extra fat. Allow to rest and pop open a bottle of red!
