Our skin on chicken breast are sourced from local chicken farms, where they are able to range freely and are grain-fed. This ensures all of our chicken products are lean and succulent with a delicious flavour. With these skin on chicken breast fillets, the skin is left on to ensure a flavoursome and crispy addition to your chicken dinner.
Cooking Tips
Season and cook as your recipe states. Other than cutting into cooked chicken the only way to tell if it is cooked all the way through is by using a meat thermometer or digital food probe. Stick it into the thickest part of the piece of chicken. You want a reading of 75C or over.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
