We get our premium quality chicken thighs from local farms, close to our Knowle butcher shop. Our chicken thighs are boneless and have a standout deep flavour in comparison to other chicken cuts.
Their quality reflects the full attention we pay to the provenance of our poultry. Chicken thighs can be used for a variety of dishes such as curries, casseroles, or even roasting them on their own.
Cooking Tips
Great for many recipes. Cheaper and great alternative to breast meat, retain their moisture very well for a succulent flavour. Cook the centre to 75c+

Delivery Service
We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
