Description
Our Lamb and Mint Pie is a comforting and indulgent pie that everyone will love. Chunks of finely butchered leg of lamb, seasoned with mint and slowly steamed overnight for more than 10 hours for complete tenderness. The filling is then encased in a shortcrust pastry base and topped with buttery puff pastry, all homemade in-house. We make all of our pastry in-house, where it is rolled and rested with five book folds for that ultimate crispy top! A rich and indulgent pie which makes the perfect mid-week family meal. We like ours with mash, minted peas and gravy.

How to cook the individual lamb and mint pie: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c. 2. Place the pie on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 25 minutes until warmed through. Delivery Service
We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.

We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
