Description
Our lamb and mint pies include chunks of finely butchered leg of lamb which is seasoned with mint and slowly steamed overnight for more than 10 hours for complete tenderness. The filling is then placed into a pie dish which has a homemade shortcrust base and is then topped with buttery puff pastry. The puff pastry topping has been rolled with five book folds and rested to that ultimate crunchy pie topping.
Cooking Tips
How to cook the individual lamb and mint pie:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
2. Place the pie on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 25 minutes until warmed through.
