Cooking Tips
Frozen product. Place straight into freezer on delivery. Place into fridge if you plan on eating within 4 days.
Will keep for 2 days once cooked – Please refrigerate.
From frozen – Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes on 160 C.
Defrosted – Cook for 25 minutes on 170 C.

We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
