British beef steak, diced and slow cooked in our in-house chefs until the meat is lovely and tender. It is then mixed with our rich and flavoursome gravy before being added to the shortcrust pie base. Topped off with a puff pastry lid that has been rolled and rested with five book folds for a light and crispy finish.
