Baked in-house by our chefs, this steak and ale pie is made from only the finest ingredients selected by our master butchers. The pie is filled with beef shoulder steak that has been slow cooked in Purity UBU Ale until tender. Once the steak is falling apart it is mixed with our rich and flavoursome gravy, also made fresh in-house. The filling is then added to a shortcrust base and topped with a puff pastry lid, and baked until golden and crispy.
How to cook steak and ale pie:
1. Pre-heat oven to 160c.
2. Place the pie on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 35 minutes, or until it is warmed through.
