Our dry cured bacon is of the highest quality, with a deep and more intense flavour than non-cured bacon. Our back bacon rashers are thickly cut to ensure you get the most amount of flavour from our pork products. It's always a good idea to go for butchers bacon over supermarket bacon. Use our dry cured bacon in a simply delicious bacon butty. 10 rashers – Minimum weight 420g.
Cooking Tips
Dry cured sliced bacon can be cooked in many ways; fried, grilled, in the oven or even microwaved. Discover how you most enjoy your bacon e.g. lightly fried and fatty, or lean and crispy and experiment with your preferred cooking options. In our opinion, bacon is best pan-fried in a splash of olive oil over a medium-high heat, 2-3 minutes each side and served golden brown and crispy. Bacon is a staple of the British breakfast menu and goes incredibly well with eggs, mushrooms and of course, our sausages. As one of the most versatile meats and most loved products all over the world, bacon goes hand in hand with so many recipes; chicken and bacon, bacon and avocado, bacon and eggs, pancakes and bacon, the list is endless!

Delivery Service
We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.
Provenance
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
