Fire up your grill with our Argentinian fire steak skewers – hand-prepared by our expert butchers and packed with bold, smoky flavour. These are no ordinary kebabs. They're a fiery fusion of premium British beef and South American-inspired spice, designed to be the star of your summer BBQ. We use only tender, prime cuts of British steak, marinated in a rich, oil-based blend from Verstegen – a name trusted by chefs for its exceptional depth of flavour. This carefully crafted marinade enhances the natural succulence of the beef, infusing each skewer with a mouth-watering hit of smokiness and spice. Ready to grill and impossible to resist, these skewers are perfect for your summer bbq.
Cooking Tips
Place the skewers directly over the heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes to ensure an even char and caramelisation on all sides. The steak should be nicely charred on the outside and cooked to your desired doneness inside (medium is ideal for juicy results). If you’re using a meat thermometer, aim for 55–57°C (130–135°F) for medium-rare or 60°C (140°F) for medium. Let the skewers rest for 3–5 minutes off the grill before serving. This should be used as a guide only.
