Our spatchcock chicken is expertly prepared in-house by our skilled butchers and marinated in a bold, zesty piri piri blend for a fiery kick and maximum flavour.
By removing the backbone and flattening the bird, we ensure even cooking and a crisp, charred finish every time – whether you’re roasting, grilling, or firing up the barbecue.
Available in both full and half sizes, it’s ready to cook straight from the pack – no prep needed.

Cooking Tips
Half Spatchcock Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (fan).
Cook for 40 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Whole Spatchcock Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (fan).
Cook for 60–70 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Top tip: This is a guide only. Always check the thickest part of the thigh for doneness. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
