Hand-crafted in Nottinghamshire, one of only three counties where Stilton is legally allowed to be made its quality and heritage are guaranteed by its PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status.
This artisan Stilton boasts a rich, tangy flavour with complex mineral notes and a distinctive network of blue veins. Its texture is perfect: beautifully creamy at the edges yet retaining its classic crumbly centre. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
