Add a touch of contemporary gourmet flair to your dinner plate with our handmade Spicy Garlic Fries, proudly prepared at the Eric Lyons farm shop. We coat premium, crisp potato fries in a rich, oil-based marinade infused with garlic, warming spices, and aromatic garden herbs including celery leaves. For a colorful and texturally exciting finish, the fries are tossed with freshly sliced red chillies and vibrant spring onions. As they bake, the garlic infuses deep into the potatoes while the fresh vegetables soften beautifully, creating a sensational side dish packed with character. A magnificent choice for a quick, flavor-packed midweek meal or a sophisticated weekend accompaniment to our premium burgers.
Cooking Tips
Oven / Air Fryer: Cook at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, giving the pan or basket a thorough shake halfway through cooking to ensure an even, uniform crispness.
Storage & Safety: Keep refrigerated. Remove all packaging. Ensure the fries are piping hot, crisp, and beautifully golden before serving.

Delivery Service
We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.
Provenance
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
