- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 5 slices of white bread
- 8 rashers of streaky bacon
- 2 cos lettuce
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 50g anchovies
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
Method
Cook chicken breasts (30 mins - 170c)
Cut bread into small cubes
Drizzle with oil, season and mix together
Bake in oven with the chicken breast until golden brown (around 20 mins - 170c)
Cut bacon into lardons and fry until crispy
Cut lettuce into strips and lay onto the bottom of serving dishes.
Finely dice anchovies
Finely dice garlic and mix with salt into a paste (Watch video)
Mix all ingredients in a jug (Mayonnaise, Anchovies, Garlic paste, White wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcester sauce, Parmesan)
Cut chicken into strips and place roughly onto lettuce
Sprinkle Bacon lardons and croutons evenly
Drizzle sauce evenly
