The no carb pizza! Nick makes his own high protein / no carb Pizza with a Chicken breast used for the base.
This recipe is fun / healthy / high protein / no carbohydrates and super tasty.

Shopping list
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 200g tomato purée
- Grated cheese
- 12 slices of chorizo
- Any additional toppings of your choosing
Method
Open out the chicken breasts.
Smash the chicken breast until you create a flat base.
Lay chicken breast bases on oven trays.
Cut all your ingredients to required size.
Lay tomato puree on chicken base and follow with cheese.
Sprinkle your other ingredients of choice on top.
Slide into pre heated oven at 170c for 20 minutes.
Once cooked finish with side salad and sprinkle herbs of choice. (Basil is my favourite)
