Our small cocktail sausages are made in-house by our master butchers from the finest British-reared pork we source. Seasoning is added to create our unique and flavourful cocktail sausages.
These cocktail sausages make the perfect appetiser, honey mustard sausages, known in our household as sticky sausages – a family favourite.
Cooking Tips
Cook in the oven at 180c for 25 minutes. The centre of the sausage should be at 77c.
