Our May Pie of the Month is a sophisticated take on a classic farmhouse flavor. We use tender, flavorful turkey thigh and sweet, softened leeks as the heart of this pie. The filling is simmered in a rich, creamy sauce seasoned with a hint of white wine and a warming blend of pimento and cinnamon. The standout feature is the double-mustard punch: smooth Dijon for depth and Wholegrain mustard for a rustic texture and tang. Hand-finished with a crisp shortcrust base and a light, buttery puff pastry top.

Cooking Tips

Remove all packaging and place pie on a baking tray.
Oven (Standard): 180°C / Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes.
Oven (Fan): 170°C for 25 minutes.
Air Fryer: 170°C for 25 minutes.
