Our beef rump joints are sourced from local, grass-fed herds so we can ensure the meat is of the highest quality.
Cooking Tips
Excellent alternative to a classic roasting joint. Bring to room temperature before cooking. Roast slowly alongside seasonal vegetables. Allow the joint to rest before carving.
We recommend using a temperature probe. Get the centre of the meat to 53c for medium rare.
