If you like your steak with a bit more bite and loads of flavour, sirloin is the way to go. Cut from the loin with a beautiful layer of fat along the edge, this grass-fed British sirloin steak is juicy, tender, and full of rich, beefy flavour.
Hand-trimmed by our expert butchers, we like our sirloin cooked as simply as possible — just salt and pepper to let that flavour shine. For the ultimate steak dinner, sear it in a hot pan, baste with butter, garlic, and rosemary, and serve with chunky chips and peppercorn sauce. Better still, if the British weather’s on your side, get the BBQ going for that unbeatable char.

Let your steak come to room temperature before cooking, and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat a pan until it’s really hot, add a little oil, and sear the steak for around 2–3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time depending on how you like it. We recommend medium rare!
For extra flavour, add a knob of butter, a crushed garlic clove, and a sprig of rosemary to the pan, and baste the steak as it cooks. Once done, let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving to keep it nice and juicy.
It’s also fantastic on the BBQ!

We began our online delivery service to help serve our community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It proved vital to help many residents get through some tough months and is a service we are very happy to continue improving. We currently have 2 separate delivery services for Local and National.
We’ve always had certain things we like done a certain way. And most of these have to do with making fresh food from the finest ingredients. Like our flour. We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
