Cooking Tips
Oven (Preferred): Preheat to 180°C/170°C Fan. Place on a baking tray for 20 minutes until the topping is crisp and the pear filling is bubbling.
Air Fryer: For a quick fix, cook at 170°C for 20 minutes.
Check for Warmth: Use a knife or tester in the center to ensure the pears are hot through. If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil for the final few minutes.
The Perfect Finish: For an extra treat, drizzle a little caramel sauce over the top before serving to highlight the ginger spice

We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
