Diane sauce is one of the lesser known steak sauces, but one that you should certainly try. This sauce gives you rich umami satisfaction that combines mushrooms and cream with a drop of brandy to create a beautifully rich sauce.

Heat in the pan you have cooked your meat in (1 minute) then drizzle over your meal. Delish with fillet steak! Can also be heated in the microwave.
