Cooking Tips
We love to cook our sausages on the BBQ! But if the British weather isn't quite playing ball, then pan frying them is a great alternative!
Cook the sausages gently for 15–20 minutes, turning regularly until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
Ensure the sausages reach a core temperature of 75°C before serving.

We get it straight from the mill for our pies and pastries. And our meats, freshly supplied by reputable farmers with a keen sense of quality. Even our seasonal fruit and veg comes straight from local farms, and then goes right into our customers’ baskets and ready meals.
